Not at all, many of the dogs who come here started out anxious. Mel works patiently and takes time to get to know each dog, and owners often find their dog is keen to get to the door on the next visit.
Yes, tell us what you have in mind and we will do our best to match it. Breed trims are shaped to the dog and the owner's wishes rather than everything being taken off.
Every puppy is different, so give us a ring and we can talk it through for your dog. A puppy groom is a gentle introduction rather than a full cut.
The aim is to make the visit calm and positive so your puppy is happy to come back. Ask us what to expect when you book and we will explain what suits your pup.
We are at 7 Morton Mews, Bierton, Aylesbury HP20 1AY. We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10am to 5pm and closed on Saturday and Sunday; Wednesday is listed differently on Google, so ring to check before you set off.
